So, July has been an exciting month.

For about three weeks, I participated in the VCU Summer Art Intensive's  Comics, Figure Drawing, Story boarding and Sequential Arts Program. Much fun was had despite having class for 6 to 8 hours a day and I pretty much didn't sleep or touch the internet for the duration of the program. My main professor was the glorious Kerry Talbot ([link]) who was a pretty chill dude.

Of course, Otakon was coming up, but there was no way to work on my cosplay in the dorms! I opted to return home on the weekends and with that total of *four* days, I turned two blocks of florist foam into my PBR portal gun.

Despite my extremely limited amount of time, Hipster Chell has been a great success! I've even been featured on Kotaku ([link]) and Guyism.com has proclaimed that I was the "clear winner of Otakon" ([link]).

While I'm not too sure about that last title, to celebrate all this attention from interbutts whoever can screencap my 10,000th profile view gets a free doodle request!
